TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or booking a session with Transition XL ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be paid for at the time of booking via the online platform.
• All prices displayed are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.
• Sessions are subject to availability. Booking a session does not guarantee a place until payment is complete.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund is available. This is necessary to ensure coaches and venues can be properly managed.
• Session cancelled by Transition XL: Full refund issued automatically within 5–10 business days.
• Cancellations must be made through the platform. We cannot accept cancellations by phone or social media.

4. Waitlists

If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist at no cost. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified by email and SMS. You will have 30 minutes to complete payment before the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist.

5. Subscriptions

• Monthly session passes are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription month.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow athletes with respect.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by coaches.
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions.
• Report any injuries or health concerns to a coach before the session begins.

Transition XL reserves the right to remove any participant from a session, or ban them from future sessions, for behaviour that endangers others or disrupts the training environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Health & Safety

By booking a session, you confirm that you (or the child you are booking for) are in a suitable physical condition to participate. Transition XL is not liable for injuries arising from pre-existing medical conditions that were not disclosed.

If you or your child has any medical conditions that may affect participation, please contact us before booking.

8. Referral Credits

• Referral credits are awarded when a referred user completes their first paid booking.
• Credits can be applied to future bookings on the platform.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Transition XL reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, imagery, branding, and training materials — is the property of Transition XL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transition XL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at sessions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
